ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This message will confirm that your order has been received by our system and that your credit card has been approved for the purchase.

As soon as your order is received on our end, we process it by confirming that it is in stock and ready to be shipped. If the items you purchased are out of stock, we will contact you by email with the option to wait or cancel for a 100% refund.

SHIPPING

Shipping cost: We offer free delivery.

Processing: Please allow 1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday) for processing your order.

Shipping: Standard delivery time: 2 to 4 days (Monday to Friday).

Some items, due to high demand and limited supply, can only be ordered by special request at specific times. Please contact customer service to check the availability of these items.

For any urgent shipping orders, feel free to contact our team to learn about rates and options. When possible, we will send you a tracking number for your order. If you do not receive a tracking number at the provided email address within 4 days of your order, please send us a message at info@muelermode.com and we will follow up with you.
